TMGA is incredibly proud to support ‘Inspiring Women of Jersey’ commissioned by Soroptimist International Jersey to celebrate its 70th Anniversary.

Written by local author Penny Byrne, the book celebrates the incredible achievements of some of the inspiring historical women connected to Jersey. The book is further brought to life with beautiful illustrations by Island Art students. The result is a publication which is both educational and inspirational.

Proceeds from the sale of the book benefit two Jersey charities: ‘Jersey Women’s Refuge’ and ‘Brightly’ – a local children and young people charity.

Commenting on the initiative, Norma O’Sullivan, Managing Director at TMGA, said “We were very pleased to share the ‘Inspiring Women of Jersey’ book with our local clients. It’s a beautiful publication which showcases the rich heritage of our Island; benefits two local charities and celebrates 70 years of the Soroptimist Club in Jersey. The Club is part of Soroptimist International who work to transform the lives of women and girls worldwide”.

The ‘Inspiring Women of Jersey’ book is available at various outlets around the Island including the Jersey Museum, Jersey Archive and Société Jersiaise.
